Has it really been this long?
I still theorize that the blog is dead and it is the third year in a row that Lent has been scant of writing and more of other things...There's just too darn much too catch you up on and I have no idea where to begin.
One reason that I have been a bit extra busy was because of preparations for my father's SUPER SECRET 65th SURPRISE BIRTHDAY PARTY!
Mother, brother and I decided that we just had to do something and the result was a wonderful celebration that took place this past Saturday...tons of food, laughter and really bad jokes - the perfect way to celebrate his last 65 years!
